Session Summary: A presentation by the House of Beautiful Business and Hotwire, based on their latest report, AI Beyond Efficiency. The discussion will focus on how to move beyond using AI solely for efficiency gains and instead leverage it to amplify a brand's unique qualities and to generate lasting value for their audiences as a way of real differentiation.

Till Grusche

Co-Founder and Co-CEO at the House of Beautiful Business

Till Grusche is the co-founder and co-CEO of the House of Beautiful Business, a global community of 50,000 professionals with an annual festival, a media platform, and thought leadership projects for ambitious organizations. Previously, he held marketing and business development leadership roles at global design firms and digital consultancies like frog design and Huge. Till also worked as the CMO at carpooling.com, Europe's largest ridesharing platform at the time with over 6 Million users. He currently lives in Munich/Germany.

Heather Kernahan

CEO at Hotwire Global

Heather Kernahan is the Global CEO of Hotwire, the global technology communications and marketing consultancy. Kernahan works closely with the most notable tech companies in the world. Heather serves as Vice President of the Board of International Communications Consultancy Organization and a Trustee of Institute of Public Relations and has been named a 2020 San Francisco Business Times Women of Influence and 2022 Innovator 25 Americas by PRovoke Media. 

As a former Chair of the Board for PR Council, she partnered with other leaders to launch The Say Gap, an initiative to media and speaker train women & minority leaders. At Hotwire, Kernahan champions Hotwire’s Ignite Possibility Program, directing up to $1 million USD in pro bono brand marketing and public relations services to tech and tech-enabled organizations led by or supporting underserved communities. 

Her book, Unstuckable: Lessons from tech innovators anyone can use to never be stuck in business again, will be published later this year. 

Rochelle L. Ford, Ph.D., APR

CEO, Page Society

Rochelle L. Ford, Ph.D., APR is a nonprofit executive specializing in higher education, inclusive excellence and communications. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, she’s an international award-winning thought leader advancing justice in the workplace. She has served as Dillard University’s 8th president and as a senior administrator at Howard, Syracuse and Elon Universities.  An Ohio native, Dr. Ford holds degrees from Howard (BA), Maryland (MA), Southern Illinois (PHD) universities and graduate certificates from Harvard University (higher education administration) and Clark Atlanta University (executive leadership). Her board service includes Page, PRSA, United Way of Southeastern Louisiana, UNCF and EIIA.

She is currently CEO at Page Society.

Stacey Jones

Chief Communications Officer at Honeywell

Stacey Jones is an award-winning corporate communications leader with more than 25 years of experience. As Honeywell’s Chief Communicator, she leads its global brand and external communications, positioning the company as one of the world’s most innovative organizations, a business partner of choice and a leading employer.  Her responsibilities span a range of initiatives that promote and protect Honeywell’s brand and engage all stakeholders -- including brand strategy and management, global media and analyst relations, corporate initiatives, financial communications, issues management and executive positioning.

Stacey is a member of Arthur W. Page Society, serves as immediate past chair of the board of directors of the Institute of Public Relations, works for equality as a member of PRSA’s Diversity Action Alliance Advisory Council, and regularly speaks at industry events. 

She started her career as a journalist in Columbus, Ohio, and Chicago before moving on to agency and corporate leadership roles. A graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio, she lives in Charlotte with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys tennis, family hikes, museums and travel.

Michele Griffin

Founder + CEO, Premier GTM

SMichele Griffin is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience creating impact and driving value by bridging the worlds of startups and established corporations. As the founder of Premier GTM, she continues her mission of accelerating time-to-value for startups and enterprises through go-to-market strategies and partnerships. Previously, Michele spent 6.5 years at Andreessen Horowitz, the world’s largest venture capital firm, during a period of exceptional growth, from $7 billion to $44 billion in assets under management. She was instrumental in building and expanding the Go-To-Market Network team, where she supported founders with GTM strategies and cultivated executive relationships with Fortune 2000 companies, hyperscalers, professional services firms, and technology leaders.

Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Michele served on the executive team at RocketSpace, a global startup technology campus and services provider headquartered in San Francisco. She led the development and growth of the Corporate Services division, which partnered with over 170 global corporations to accelerate connectivity with startups worldwide. Michele was also a key contributor to RocketSpace’s international expansion into Europe and beyond.

Earlier in her career, Michele worked at Spigit (acquired by Mindjet), where she built and scaled the company’s professional services division, and at PwC and BearingPoint, where she advised government agencies and global corporations on IT strategy and operations.

Michele is a proud graduate of Penn State University and hails from the Philadelphia area. Now based in Silicon Valley, she enjoys life with her husband and is a dedicated mother and stepmother to three daughters.

Christina Hirsch

EVP & President of the Board Swisscom Trust Services

Christina has a track record of growing business and driving innovation. She started her career at innovation labs and moved along with the maturity of her projects to product and portfolio management and various leadership roles in sales and key account management.


Today she is responsible to grow 'Digital Trust' as business division within Swisscom on a European scale and a focus on organic and inorganic growth. Her passion is for people, performance and trust.

Heather Craft

CEO at Hotwire North America

Heather Craft is the North American CEO for Hotwire, responsible for managing overall client experiences and health, as well as overseeing the People and Culture and finance departments in the US. With over thirteen years of experience, Craft has extensive expertise and a proven track record leading integrated communications programs of scale, from early-stage startups to established public companies. 

Alina Timofeeva

Influence Board Member at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT

Alina Timofeeva is a high-profile senior advisor in technology, data and AI who is passionate about educating the public about technology. She is currently the founder of TechLoomY and an Influencer Board Member of BCS: The Chartered Institute for IT.  

Alina's expertise covers technology, regulation, data, AI, deep fakes, cyber crime and security. Alina is the media’s go-to expert in technology having featured on media outlets including Bloomberg, BBC News, The Banker by FT and NTD News.

Dr. Nadia Morozova is an award-winning analytics & insights expert with 15+ years of international experience that comes from various industries such as CPG (Procter & Gamble, Nestlé Group), technology (TikTok), and strategic consulting (BCG, EY). Over the course of her career, Dr. Nadia Morozova has built proven expertise in creating and transforming data functions as well as setting data & AI strategy and long-term vision.
