Make a tangible difference in the careers and lives of emerging professionals of color.
The most recent reports about diverse representation and retention in public relations and corporate communication are abysmal. Let's work to mediate the problem together with Page's Mentoring to Accelerate Progress and Success (MAPS), a structured mentorship program to encourage emerging professionals of color to stay in the communications field.
As one of the world’s best and brightest communicators, you can have a tremendous impact on communicators and aspiring communicators of color who face unique barriers that can be circumvented or eliminated with the guidance of a mentor.
Throughout your time as a MAPS mentor, you will:
- Guide communicators and aspiring communicators of color as they work to identify both their next destination and ultimate goals.
- Contribute to providing a needed equity boost for communicators of color.
- Discover your next chapter by coaching and counseling rising colleagues.
- Develop mentees to encourage them to remain in the communications field.
