A structured mentorship program designed to connect senior communication leaders with emerging communication professionals of color.
The most recent reports about diverse representation and retention in public relations and corporate communication are abysmal. Let's work to mediate the problem together with Page's Mentoring to Accelerate Progress and Success (MAPS), a structured mentorship program to encourage emerging professionals of color to stay in the communication field.
Communicators and aspiring communicators of color face unique barriers that can be circumvented or eliminated with the guidance of a mentor.
Throughout your time as a MAPS mentee, you will:
- Be guided by a mentor as you work to identify both your next destination and ultimate goals.
- Discover your next chapter by being coached and counseled by a an experienced mentor.
- Be encouraged by your mentor to remain in the communications field.
